Council 77 Executive Board

Your Council 77 Officers and Executive Board members are elected at the state wide convention for 4 year terms. All are full time public employees who donate their time to serve AFSCME members in West Virginia. All are active in their respective Local Unions around the state as well as being involved in legislative and organizing efforts of our state wide Council.
