Council 77 President Ronnie "Bear" Napier recieves his award plaque and fishing gear from newly elected President Barbara Spradling. Brother Napier was a member of AFSCME Local 598 and 2531 for close to 30 years and served as Council 77 President for a decade. He thanked the delegates in attendance, praised Barbara and the other Council Board members and announced his plans to join Retiree's Chapter 77 right away.

Council 77 Recording Secretary Pat Ramey receives her award plaque and Powell's book store gift card from newly elected President Barbara Spradling. Sister Ramey was a member and President of AFSCME Local 3244 for close to 25 years and served as Council 77 Recording Secretary for several terms. She thanked the delegates in attendance, praised Barbara and the other Council Board members and announced her plans to join WV Retiree's Chapter 77 right away.

Sister Wallace was a member and Vice President of AFSCME Local 3359 for many years and served as Council 77 Secretary-Treasurer for a decade.
