Thursday, March 31 -- National Day of Action for
Retirement Security
Join us this Thursday for the biggest single-day grassroots mobilization
to save Social Security. As widely reported in the news media around
the country, President Bush’s plan to privatize Social Security is in serious
trouble because people like us are speaking out. We’ve got to keep up the
pressure.
At events from California to Connecticut, from New York to New Mexico, we will
rally to demand that Charles Schwab and other financial firms drop their support
for privatizing Social Security and pull out of pro-privatization lobbying
groups.
